Expert disagreement

This is a simple Bayesian network containing an expert disagreement model. This can be used to encode multiple experts, weight those experts, and encode their subjective beliefs even if they disagree. Bayes Server supports learning all or part of the model from data, and/or specifiying all or part of the model via expert opinion.
